- Regulator / official: current portability or consumer guidance from a national authority.
- Provider verified: a dated official help, policy or terms page supports the field.
- Provider claim: provider marketing states a capability that has not been independently tested.
- Framework: a conservative comparison principle; named-provider verification remains necessary.
- Unknown: no adequate current evidence.
